And the red tape era begins
So I am nearing my dissertation as part of my master's program. I started working towards getting the necessary permissions for conducting the study, as it is specifically conducted in government healthcare facilities. So today, I approached a municipal corporation in Kerala for their permission (as they are the local body ruling the healthcare facilities). Everything went smoothly. Later, they said I have to take permission from another government body because they control the staffing and funding of the institutions.
I reached the district-level office and was told that they couldn't give permission and that I should seek permission from the State office. They also told me that they have a separate institutional ethics committee and that I should get permission from them as well.
The anxiety era begins again, I guess.
