Please keep our cities clean from your fake smiles.
2024 is the election year in India. Now all our streets, villages, and cities are going to be filled with posters, flex boards, flags, and other promotional materials from political parties. It's high time India introduced or strictly implemented the current law to keep our country clean. During election times, all we can see is candidates names and their fake smiles wherever we look.
Even the cleanest and most aesthetically pleasing places in our country will be vandalized by political parties. I think the government should allocate predetermined spaces for political parties to paste their promotional content. By providing LED screens and properly maintained spaces by charging some money, the government can earn some money too. Those who violate the law should be heavily fined. I know this will not happen anytime soon, but I have hope for the youth of this country. The next generation may rectify the mistakes made by the current generation.
Come on, it's 2024, the age of social media. Please leave our cities free of your orange, green, red, and blue flags and flex boards. Instead, plant some trees, clean the cities, and promote artwork on the walls. This will bring positivity and optimism to the citizens of this country.
